The Benefits office is open to members and the general public. A mask is no longer required, though may be worn voluntarily. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from visiting the Benefits office in-person for the health and safety of our staff and other members.
For privacy reasons, in-person visits will be limited to one visitor (plus anyone accompanying that individual) in the reception area at a time. If the reception area is occupied, you will be required to wait for entry until the individual(s) leave.
